– Overseeing the daily operations of a Sales, Marketing, Merchandise and Product departments.
– Designing and implementing a strategic business plan, operation activities, budget planning and setting goals for growth.
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
– Building good relationship with business partner to enable win-win business relationship and addressing feedback for further improvement.
– Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to CEO.
– Own recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring to ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Aged between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator, Marketing, or related field.
3. Experience in Brand Manager, BD Manager, General Manager in the Apparel and Fashion or Cosmetic industry.
4. Skilled in Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Operations, Retail Sales Analysis, and Sales Management.
5. Strong business minds and a knack for organization and collaboration.
6. Good command of English.
