Job Description:
Conducting one-on-one, small group or group tutoring sessions with students.
Adhering to the House of Griffin curriculum and quality standards as delineated in our company’s onboarding training.
Assessing students’ learning needs and designing customized lesson plans to address those needs.
Explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Helping students develop study skills and effective learning strategies.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
Collaborating with other tutors and academic staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and anticipate future course needs.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject area you will be tutoring, or a related field.
Fluent in English
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels.
Dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Flexibility to adapt to students’ individual learning styles and needs.
