About the role
Secure Company’s IT System and IT environment
Responsible for all IT related function
Ensure that a company’s employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks.
Work you will do
Maintain Asset Register, troubleshoot PC/Laptop hardware, software, and network connection and printer problems.
Monitor & maintenance systems uptime for various systems such as web application, mobile application, and server.
Assist and coordinate IT Inventory control.
Responsible for implementation, configuration, and maintenance system according to standard identify and comply with security guideline related Windows platform support
Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change
Supporting both the company’s network system (LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN, Internet, and international link)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information technology, or any relative field
Experienced in network configuration will be advantage.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in setup, install, implement, trouble shooting in hardware and software especially Windows environment
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
Manage IT assets and plan IT Facilities needs.
Professional knowledge of IT and software including IT Infrastructure.
Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security
