รายละเอียดงาน :
To support all computers and IT related, especially for point of sale systems, email tools, network communications and security devices across the entire departments of both company ABP&GD, all stores, all kitchens including ABP factory and vendors
To completely POS setup for new store opening, store renovation/relocation and store closing
To provide proper ADSL&GPRS&VOIP, CCTV, Finger scan at all sites, included in-store LAN/DATA cable problem.
To prepare / replace hardware and device across multiple locations.
To support users in software application (CMPOS, Lotus Notes and etc.) during business working period
To coordinate with outsource vendor to follow up task and incident pending
Other duties as assigned by the superior.
