Responsibilities
HRM
– Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
– Handling the payroll function, preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
– Assist recruiters to source candidates and update our database Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
– Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
– Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
– Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
– Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
– Communicate with public services when necessary.
– Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
– Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Performance Management
– Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardized processes, documents, and tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback, and improvement actions on performance for All staff.
– Collate and review performance management reviews per department to present to the HR Manager.
– Assist with the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for every employee and team.
Other tasks,
– Assist and support the management team in preparing for audits and ensuring other required documents are completed and properly filed, among other tasks.
– Supporting the implementation of HR projects and Activities.
– Prepares reports and analyses as necessary. Responsible for internal management to ensure that internal reporting needs are being met by creating a schedule of organizational reporting needs, including workforce metrics and organizational structure.
– Performs other duties, special projects, and activities as required by the organization.
