Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Freelance Recruitment & Sales Consultants to support our business growth across Executive Search, Mass Recruitment/Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for professionals who want flexibility, uncapped commissions, and ownership of their own clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to placement
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer stages
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and successful placements
2. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new client opportunities
Pitch recruitment and outsourcing solutions to potential clients
Negotiate fees, terms, and service agreements
Build long-term client relationships
3. Service-Specific Focus
Executive Search
Work on senior-level and confidential executive search assignments
Engage with C-level candidates and senior stakeholders
Deliver high-quality, consultative search solutions
Mass Outsourcing
Support high-volume recruitment projects
Source large candidate pools and manage pipeline delivery
Collaborate with operations teams on workforce deployment
IT Recruitment
Recruit for IT, tech, and digital roles (permanent & contract)
Understand technology skill sets and market trends
Manage contractor placements and renewals
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal recruitment, sales, and operations teams
Update recruitment progress and candidate status regularly
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
