This role focuses primarily on online marketing and digital channel management, with additional responsibilities in administrative support and business development projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and execute online marketing activities across various digital channels
– Handle social media platforms including posting, scheduling, engagement, and basic community management
– Create and manage digital content including captions, short-form content, and basic marketing materials
– Support graphic design tasks such as simple visuals, banners, and social media creatives
– Assist in managing online sales and marketing channels (e.g. social commerce, messaging platforms, marketplaces, or websites)
– Respond to online enquiries and messages professionally and promptly
– Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and content planning
– Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, enquiries, or sales activity
– Support administrative tasks related to marketing operations and online platforms
– Assist with business development, research, or special projects as assigned
– Maintain organised digital files, records, and documentation
– Follow internal processes, timelines, and reporting requirements
